Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Serve as a key player in the communication and completion of the enrollment process; liaise between sales, customer service, and advertising teams.

• Use a personalized customer service approach to interact directly with customers, ensuring they always have a knowledgeable and friendly resource to answer questions.

• Assist the sales team by providing top-notch service to current and potential customers, helping to drive weekly and monthly sales goals.

• Ensure accuracy of all data during customer renewal and acquisition enrollment processes.

• Attend in-person and virtual meetings (via Zoom) to increase client knowledge and drive performance.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a relevant subject preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.

• Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy.

• Self-directed, inquisitive, and motivated to solve problems independently.

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to enforce deadlines diplomatically.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, active listening, and effective questioning.
