We’ve just expanded to the Scranton area and are hiring 5 Retail Team Members to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

• Receive hands-on and classroom training from top team members and leadership

• Learn and master client product knowledge to confidently educate customers

• Engage with customers face-to-face, maintaining professionalism

• Complete the full sales cycle accurately and efficiently

• Upsell additional products and services that benefit each customer

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

• Record all customer interactions in detail for client reporting

• Collaborate with other team members and assist when needed

• Participate in daily team meetings to review goals and progress

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
